How to Pay Your Bill
Billing Statements and Account Summary
Cal Lutheran uses an electronic billing system via the that allows students (and anyone they have authorized) to access their student account and “eBill” statements online at any time. All billing will be completed per term/semester per our billing dates for each student type.
Payment Options
Each term/semester, you have the option to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan. Please view the payment deadlines for your student type.
Pay in Full
Pay your balance in full each semester/term. We offer several online payment methods. You can also pay by cash, check or credit/debit card in our office at Student Central.
Payment Plan
If you would like to pay your balance in monthly installments, we offer a payment plan featuring automatic electronic payments through CLUpay.
Payment Methods
Electronic Check / ACH
A free and convenient payment method. Simply enter your U.S. checking or savings account
information and payment will be made electronically.
Credit or Debit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. Note: there is a 2.85% transaction fee for each credit/debit card payment.
529 Plans
Make an electronic payment from your college savings account. Quick receipt of payment
and real-time validation of account posting.
International Payments
Easily pay using your international bank account or credit card. Note: there are no international wire fees, but credit cards have a 4.25% transaction fee.
